Two Ways to Join the Team Our squad is made up of two groups—because not all heroes bust ghosts the same way: The LAB Team Perfect for members who don’t have gear or a uniform (or simply prefer to stay behind the scenes). Lab Team members keep the ghost trap running smoothly with tasks like managing emails, updating the website, designing graphics, building props, and more. If you’ve got creative or technical skills, this is your spot! The FIELD Team For those who have a uniform, equipment, and the desire to appear at live events. Field Team members join us on the front lines—parades, conventions, charity events, and community appearances—representing the NWA Ghostbusters in person. Want to do both? No problem! Many of our members contribute in both areas, balancing behind-the-scenes support with public appearances.
